Not receiving email notifications on outlook.

Hi, is there something that Im missing? Im not receiving any notification email for my issues, I have a enterprise outlook account.

Welcome to the community @Ankita Varshney !

There are 2 main reasons why this is happening:

  •  Personal settings - do you have checkboxes checked for the Email section depending on which notifications you would like to receive (when you are mentioned on the issue, when a new comment is added, etc.)?
  • Your email has been added to the supression list - this is more common issue when your email has been added to the Atlassian supression list -

    If you’re missing email notifications for a user, please check with your mail server administrators to see if Jira Service Management emails have been bounced for that user. The recipient mail server administrators will need to check the configuration of their mail servers to prevent the problem from reoccurring.

    Atlassian has addressed this issue for “Invitation Emails“ and a Blog post: Unsuppress invitation emails with one click have been released that explain how to remove an email address from the suppression list.

    Please note that the self-service removal of email addresses from the suppression list is not available for other email notifications as of now. If your customers have configured their mail server correctly and confirmed there is no blocking from their end, you can contact Atlassian Cloud Support here to remove a user's email address from the suppression list by providing the affected email addresses.

Thanks a lot, @Nikola Perisic  , yes our mail server was configured correctly, as some of the team members not facing this issue.

Try selecting different topic and choose the Technical issues and bugs, where you can choose your instance and send the request, the topic that you have selected will keep you in the loop.
