Not receiving email notifications only for a particular person

only below user in our company account is  not receiving the mail when any issue is assigned or updated ........ All settings are correct.

Hi,

I found this address was listed within a suppression list maintained by Atlassian. I have removed this email address from that list.  Please try again.  That user should be able to received notifications now.
