I receive notifications from all users except for one. No one else receives notifications from this user either. These are all from jira software issues
@Todd Winton - hi Todd! To help us troubleshoot, can you provide an example situation?
(Be as realistic as you can, and anonymize anything sensitive.)
For example:
In a ticket, if Bob at-mentions me, I do not receive a notification
In a ticket, if I am watching the ticket and Bob adds a comment, I do not receive a notification
In a ticket and Bob is the assignee and Jane is the reporter, and I, Bill, and Mike are watching the ticket, and Bob adds a comment, Jane, I, Bill, and Mike do not receive a notification.
