Not receiving verification code on outlook

I found the following bounce message from the email logs:

2023-07-11T06:15:44.000Z  550 5.1.1 User Unknown

I have cleared the suppression from our side.  This should allow you to receive emails from our side once more.  Please try to complete the verification once more now.  If it's still not working, please let me know.  I can look at the more recent logs.  Otherwise you might need to reach out to your mail administrator for additional help here.

I found there was a suppression on your account as well. I have cleared this.  You should now be able to receive notifications/verification messages from our services.
