* I used to see Manage Rules option when clicking on "...." icon, now I dont see it.
* What I see now is "Manage Workflow" option. But when I selected Manage Workflow , it took me to Issue Type screen??
I need to be able to edit the old rules I had placed 2 weeks ago on my Board, now I have no way of managing or seeing any of the rules I have set up.
Hello @Carol Schuler & @Ibrahim Al-Taie Sorry about this. Rules are now part of the workflow editor that we're gradually starting to roll out! We've also added more rules as worfklow transitions are now available via the workflow editor. Please check out our new rules and share which rules are your favorite!

Hi Carol, welcome to the Community. So I still see "manage rules". So maybe you are on a newer update than mine and either they have actually introduced workflows (yay) or simply changed the name. What else do you see when you "manage workflow"?

well that is sure odd. I can't provide guidance beyond a) try another browser (expect same result), b) log out and back in and retry, c) contact Support.

I just submitted a ticket through Support, hopefully get this resolved soon.

I don't see the Manage Rules option anymore as well.
It causes us a lot of issues - such as: tickets cannot transition to a different status since it relays on custom fields that were created in the "Manage Rules" which no longer exists!
