Notifications cannot be shown

Someone mentioned me but it doesn't show up in the notifications. Only the guy mentioned that I wouldn't show it, but I could see him updating the issue. Everyone else is fine. It's weird, and I can get the push on my phone and not on the notification list when I open the app.

One more thing, sorry for writing in separate comments, it is also important that you have the option Browse projects permission on that specific project in order to be mentioned. Depending on the project role that you have on that project (example: developer, designer...), your role may also be excluded from this permission, so check that as well.

• Cloud - check your personal settings in Jira and also check for the section "Get notifications when someone" and look for the checkbox "Someone mentions you"
• Server - for server there is no direct change for this, only the Slack notifications
