When I click an issue from from the notifications it always displays in Old view. However, I have turned on the new view, still it displays the old view when the issue is clicked from the notification. Kindly let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi Anik,

When we click to open the ticket on the notification, we are redirected to the project's queue and the queue didn't receive the update to show tickets with the new issue view yet.
The code on Jira from Issues and filters > Search issues and from the code on the project's queue it's different, that's why we are still not able to see the new issue view on that page.

The rollout will happen in the next months. This issue that you are facing is not a bug, so we must wait until the update is deployed.

Thanks for the confirmation.

There are 2 points from where this should be rolled out. 1. From Notifications. 2. from the Mail links.
