OTRS Migration to JIRA

We will plan to migrate OTRS to JIRA. I would like to ask if this is possible ? If yes, is there any procedures and tools we may apply ? Thank you.

Hi there,

We provide a variety of importers for Jira - although as we don't support OTRS directly, you'll want to use either the CSV or JSON importer, depending on which data type you're able to procure.

Looking through the OTRS documentation, I wasn't able to find if OTRS has a ticket export capability. If you are able to find out how to get tickets exported (or take a backup), the importers above should help.
