Object Type roles in Insight

I'm trying to add users to specific roles in the Object Type, but I am unable to do it. I keep getting errors. 

I am able to add users in the roles for the overall Object schema but not the types. Another user is able to add users to the object type roles and we have the same account setup. 

What could be causing this?

Can you share screenshots of the errors you are getting?

What version of insight are you on?

Yes, below is the screenshot and the version number is at the bottom of the image. 

As soon as I type a letter into the users box, I get that error.  Thanks.

If this doesn't work, I would contact Atlassian Support for direct support.
