The left project switcher somehow picks up autosuggestions that were previously inputted on other websites.
This would seem something that should be fixed as a bug for Jira.. but anyway does anyone know of a workaround other than clearing all my browser stored data?
Cant be the only one experiencing this? :)
I am not going to clear my autocomplete because you guys cant change an "on" to "off" in your HTML, see the issue
So the proper fix would be for Jira to fix their html, globally disabling browser autocomplete is not an acceptable answer.
I can't believe this is still an issue - do we have an ETA on when a fix will finally land for this?

Hi @Giovanni Tummarello -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Are you using a Chrome browser? If so, it appears the issue has already been noted in these two items which suggest improvements:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-18632
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74124
Best regards,
Bill

A workaround is to turn off or clear chrome autofill data.
Kind regards,
Emiel

Emiel, i dont think its a good idea to clear my autocomplete everywhere just so that JIRA cant fix their problem of giving a unique name to that input box..
