On the JIRA Backlog I have two scrollbars the one scrolls my page and I presume the other scrolls the backlog. How do I get the backlog scroller to work.
Each time I am at the bottom of my Backlog and click on a story to show me the pop-out view (pop-up on the right side). I need to scroll my whole page up.
Same goes for assigning stories to an epic, I need to scroll my whole page up seeing that the epic list is not fixed.
Can you please share an image of what you’re Seeing I’m not exactly sure what you’re referring to to be honest.
Only able to use the outer scrollbar
Thanks for assisting - appreciate

Hi @Herman Boock and @Jack Brickey
Noticing that effect on Chrome (after latest update...but I didn't notice if it was there earlier), the right-most scroll bar you see is from the browser page. There is another scroll bar just to the left, which appears to do nothing for me. Is that what you are noting?
Kind regards,
Bill

thanks Bill. Yes that looks like a browser in her office you to be honest. Are you seeing this in any other browser?

Yup; Edge has it too.

Hi @Jack Brickey yes the scroll bar to the left. The problem I am having is that we have a large backlog and that I need to scroll to the top if I want to drag stories to an epic or when clicking on a story (right pop-up) appears to view it. @Bill Sheboy yes on edge it is the same.

Create Swimlanes or quick filters to get around this effect in board settings
Or you have option of reducing the backlog items only for the specific issues by editing board filter.
Thanks,
Pramodh

Hi Pramodh,
Thanks for the reply.

Herman

Dear all, is there an issue number for this question? In my company users are also complaining.
