Hi There
I have a problem, one of my jira user in my team, can not access to all project since April 22, I already check their access is still same with the others, and I also already remove and invite again this user email. but still can not access to the project.
When i try to assign this user to a card it should be back to unassigned.
Hi Ratih - What happens when you run the permission helper for the user?
i can not run that permission because the team always change every sprint so it makes much time to get the permission helper.

The permission helper is not dependent on how often the sprint changes. You can run it at anytime. It only takes a few seconds. Have you tried to run it?
