one single user out of hundrets does not get notifications from tickets he reports.
The personnel settings are checked and ok.
Notifications do go out - even to the same receiver - domain as the affected user.
We checked all settings.
It is in Jira SW projects as well as in Jira SM - projects the same.
The user is licensed user for Jira SW.
It is possible that the user's email address has gotten blacklisted on the Atlassian side. You will need to contact Atlassian support directly to ask them to check for that and to whitelist the address if it has become blacklisted.
