We migrated to Jira/Confluence cloud on Friday. Yesterday we moved to access the premium packages for both. However we are still receiving this message " saying that we have sent the max number of notifications in a 12 hour period". Can anyone help.
Can you please go to admin > billing > manage subscriptions and assess if your instance is indeed Premium plan?
Under plan it now says Premium and the wording Test Site is nowhere to be found as previous

Ok so are the emails actually restricted or is it just the message that appears. If you are seeing a restriction then contact Atlassian Support.

What I mean is are notifications going out or not. If they’re going out then maybe the message will clear itself within a 24 hour period. If you are not seeing notifications going out then you need to contact support.
