Hi,
I'm unable to find most of the filters on the admin shared filters page.
We have more than 36000 filters and only 89 are shown...
in JQL you can get to the filter if you have the ID by searching:
filter = XXXX
but trying to search the name won't work.
The problem was fixed.
Several IT configuration were changed including a re-index was done. I believe that is what fixed the issue.
Thanks @Ste Wright for your help!
Awesome, glad you found the right solution!

Just to clarify, are you using the instructions on this help page - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/managing-filters-938847876.html - to locate the list of filters?
And you've tested that filters aren't shown (rather than having been deleted already)?

Just asking the simple questions first!
Are the filters which are not visible shared or private? Prior to v.8.11, private filters did not show in this list - so if you're on an older version of Jira, this might be a related issue. See when private filters were made visible via this closed feature request - JRASERVER-41269
There are ways around this via the database - see: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-retrieve-a-list-of-private-filters-or-dashboards-939918469.html
