When I click the link on my dashboard to get to the current sprint I get 2 pop-ups containing what's in the title of this question.
The problem seems to be that the link is missing a name-value pair.
I'm guessing programmatically it's trying to re-select an issue I was viewing previously.
An example of a URL that causes the two pop-ups (the selected issue is not exclusive)
[my.company]/jira/software/c/projects/IT/boards/83?selectedIssue=IT-754
the problem seems to be it's missing the "&view=detail" portion. As once I manually add that the pop-up doesn't occur.
It's not a show stopper by any means - just a little annoyance.
- deleted - meant to reply instead of making a new post.
I would recommend confirming with other team members if this issue is happening for them too. If not though, and maybe even still, the best path to start with is trying a different browser, preferably one with no extensions or an incognito window. If you haven't restarted your computer in a while that can help and if you're using chrome, if you haven't ever typed chrome://restart in your browser that can help a lot too.
If none of that works and other users are your company are having issues I would suggest start recording where the issues are. Like is it just your board? or is it more widespread. If it's just your board then look into the filter and try making adjustments.
If it's widespread though a deeper investigation maybe needed
best,
Clark

Hi Clark.
I confirmed that other team members are also seeing this error.
I re-started chrome, tried using a different browser & it the issue still persists.
