I have 15 tasks and if there is a wat to order them in filter in custom order. There is no field i can ordered by. But i know that this task should be first < this one is next is it possible to do so. To make custom order maybe using key for this

You can order by most any field in the filter results view, but the results may not be great depending on the contents of the field.

but i dont want to use fields.
as i understand there is no way to make it custom. Like: task0123 - will be first, task12312 - second etc

You must use some field to sort any list. This is not specific to Jira. In your example…

task0123 - will be first, task12312 - second

seems to focus on the issue key field. If you click on the issue key in the header the list would be sorted by the issue key.

finally maybe what you are asking for is the ability to arrange issues manually. The feature in Jira for this is Ranking. You can use the Backlog view to drag/drop issue in the desired order.
