Hi all.
Time tracking + original estimate field were visible and working fine yesterday.
No change was introduced to our workflow or screens.
However, as of this morning, the Original Estimate field is no longer visible (new view and old view).
Time tracking is still visible.
The field Original Estimate is showing up when I edit the new issue view layout, but it is just not visible on the issue itself, which is contradicting.
Does anyone else experience this issue?
The field is back. Seems like they fixed it.

I am also facing the same issue from today. It shows up in the issue view layout but on the the issue view itself.

I raised a support ticket and the agent was surprised it was working at all.
According to him, this wasn't available for the new issue view.
I think they have some confusion because we are using it for the last 8 months.

It would be great if you could share the link of the support ticket. It is strange to hear that from the Atlassian. I have also been using it from a while now. I am not sure then how are we suppose to add the original estimate.

Unfortunately, I cannot share the support ticket.
This is not like a Jira bug that is open to the public.
