We have recently gained a new IT support service, since then we have not been able to properly view videos we place on tickets in JIRA and when looking in the console we are seeing lots of 404, 400, 403 and 409 errors (See attached image)

Best is to reach out to Atlassian Support, this can be done by an admin of the instance unless the instance isn't a free subscription
