I assume you would like to edit these emails or, even better, turn them off. Unfortunately you cannot do that. Check this suggestion ticket for more details:

thank you for the answer. My question was, which email sends the Invitation. I assume the whole Topic is a bug, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-62061. That´s why I was confused before I found the issue.
