I am seeing an issue in the Outlook plugin for Jira where when someone creates an issue within the outlook interface, some of the fields like assignee or components do not show the dropdown of options to choose from.
This does not happen for all users. Only for some.
Are there any suggestions on what I can look at to resolve this problem?
Hi @sam.jeon
Correct me if I'm wrong, do you see the dropdown but there are no options or you can even find those dropdowns?
First of all, I would suggest checking the "Show more fields" button on the Create issue screen at the bottom, those fields might be hidden there. Also, check if you have access to the project where you are trying to create an issue.
Thank you for responding.
There is not a dropdown to choose options from.
I can see the field just fine. It's just that I need to be able to see the options for that field to select them.

Ok I just asked our team member having this issue to write the feedback from her account. Her name is Becca Shwarts.
Please check and let me know.
