Hi Team
Please kindly help to check, i always creating daily report by export csv (my default), but i found same info missing such as Parent ID. By today when i export all issue, the parent id was empty, like this pic below
Please kindly help to solved this problem
Thank you
Parent ID is only relevant for Sub-task issue types.
It shows which Issue ID (eg. Story) is the Sub-task's direct parent, as all Sub-tasks must have a parent.
You can see in Column C how each of the populated rows is the type "Sub-task" to confirm this.

Hi @Ste Wright
Thank you for your response
Sure i understand story or task or bug is relates to Sub-task issue, so that's why i need to confirm to you parent ID is not able to show again? due to if you see column C
DPLK-6354 and DPLK-6353 are subtask but the parent ID did not show.
Please kindly help to check

I can see DPLK-6354/3 on the left-hand sheet - but I don't see the Parent ID on that sheet. Was it removed? Or is it in another column potentially?

It looks like you now need to ensure you have the "Parent" field on your list of columns within the issue search page, for it to show on your export. It'll be listed under the "Parent" column also in the CSV.

Shouldn't do, it used to be included in every CSV export.
Now, assuming you are exporting your defaults rather than a specific filter's columns, it would depend on what each user's defaults are. If they don't include the "Parent" field, then it wouldn't be included in the export.
