Parent Link field missing in Custom field

Parent Link field missing in Custom field

Hi Everyone,

"Parent link" field is missing in "Custom fields" but its present in Database.

I have also re-indexed JIRA, still missing in "Custom fields"

Kindly suggest on this.

It's not supposed to be in "custom fields" because you're not supposed to be messing with it.

It's actually present in our cloud version of JIRA.

We use it to generate reports.

The field is a plugin field provided by Portfolio for JIRA. Is that license still valid and is the plugin installed and working correctly?

my portfolio license got expired, is this the reason behind parent link is not showing anything?
