Hi All,
We had a restart of Jira server recently and afyer which we had to reconfigure db details and all. Once it was doen we had given a lock & rebuild reindex & after that gave separate db indexing also.
But the participants=emp id is listing only very few issues which was not the expected behaviour before restart.
Any help or suggestions please.
Thanks
Shilpa
Hi @Shilpa Sanil,
Not clear on the issue. Request you to provide more details on this.
participants is which type of custom field (user picker, drop down ..etc).
You mean employee id is domain user name(abc.xyz) or ID (ex :1234)
Is this query returning tickets from multiple projects or same project. If multiple, check the security of all projects also.
Hi,
Participants is a custom field provided by the Script runner plugin which includes all those who worked on a jira issue like assignee, reporter, those who commented, those who logged the work etc.
When you search "participants=<jira username>" it would list out all issues in which you have participated in. But now its only listing few issues of different projects, not listing the complete list.
Thanks
Shilpa

Hi,
Yes its not the security issue. When i search only few issues from each projects are listed. So for sure its not security issue.
Thanks
