Hi Jira Team,
In our cloud Jira instance, we are having a project. In a particular project, only one user does not receive an email notification. The user receives an inside Jira notification but does not receive an email notification. We checked the user's email Inbox, Spam, and all.
We are unable to raise the support ticket as the page is not responding.

Please check with user's personal settings, is the email notification options are enable or not.
