Pass my expired URL to my organization

Sergii Kurenkov December 7, 2022

I used to use Jira. My Atlassian URL expired but it's still sort of connected to me. I won't use it, so I want to pass the URL to another user (the company I'm working at).

My company decided to use Jira for software delivery management but they can't use the URL because it's still associated with my account. The URL needs to be unconnected for my user and passed to my company.

Is this somehow possible?

Hi @Sergii Kurenkov

I believe you'll have to just continue opening the request with support, especially if you don't currently have access to the Admin portal for the Org the site was under.

Hi @Luis Machado

Thanks for reacting to my issue.

But how can I reach the support? I didn't find any email address or any other way to contact them. All they do is offer to post a ticket in the community.

At the bottom of the screenshot you posted there's a button to 'Continue raising request'. You should be able to click on that to finish filling out the request and submit it to support.

Unfortunately, the button does not work. I've already tried.

Well yes.. that would make it pretty hard to submit then. Are you able to open tickets on behalf of your company? If not maybe having whoever is authorized, open the ticket and adding you as a participant would be the way forward.

We'll try that. Thanks, Luis!
