Passward reset error

During the passward change process, the following message is displayed and stopped:

 An internal error had happend during the passward change process.

In really, I use japanese version, so error message is displayed in Japanese.

In really, JIRA certification has been shared to the other certification system in the company whom I work for as a tempolary worker. I did not know that.
