I have tried to access eudralink but I don´t remember the password. When I access to reset the password, I received an e-mail as follow:
Password resetting is disabled for your user name.
Please ask your Jira Service Desk administrator to enable password resets
Could you kindly help me?

You need to reach one of your site administrators. This way, the administrator will be able to send you the reset password and then you access the instance.

Hi @Gabriel Senna I need to remove the Forgot Password functionality for the customers using my Jira service Management portal. Is there a way to do this?
I am also not even able to find the option to alter the format of the reset password email. @Carlos Muñoz Corroto, did you manage to get in touch with your site administrator? They can certainly help me find this setting.
