Hello,
My company has a license of JIRA Cloud. This license is for 50 users. Currently, we are starting to use the trial of JIRA Software. Only 10 users are with this license, but we would like that everyone would have JIRA Software license. How much would we have to pay?
Regards,
Juan Tormo
Sorry @Manon Soubies-Camy
I made a mistake when I tried to explain the problem.
Currently we have Jira Core on promise (server) for 50 users. We made the payment of Jira Core license.
Now, we are trying the Jira Software for 10 users, but we would like to know if we must pay the 6800$ for 50 users or we should pay 6800$ - 4500$ (Jira Core license)
Regards,
Juan Tormo
Hi @jtormo,
You can find Jira Software Cloud pricing here: https://www.atlassian.com/fr/software/jira/pricing
For 50 users, it is 350$/month or 3500$/year.
Hope this helps,
- Manon

Hi @jtormo,
Oh ok, I see. Jira Core and Jira Software are two different products so you can't get pro-rated prices when switching from one to another. You may be able to cancel your Jira Core license depending on when you first purchased it, the best option is to reach out to Atlassian licensing team: Contact Atlassian.
Best,
- Manon
