Hi,
Is possible change the the jira´s form of calculate the percent?
For example, i would to assign a new percent in status "in progress" of subtasks, actualy is only 0% in "To Do" or 100% in "Done", i need advance the percent when i do something ( when i mark a check box for example).
In the pattern issue i want the percent change different mode for different subtasks, one subtask is more important than the other.
Is possible do this in Jira or with a add-on?
That is not possible with out-of-the-box Jira features.
There may be marketplace addons for purchase to support this, or you could use custom fields and Automation for Jira rules to compute your own interpretation of "% in progress".
Kind regards,
Bill

Douglas, I am unclear what you mean by editing the time tracking field. Why do you need to do that?

Thanks for clarifying. Based upon the time-tracking tool your Jira instance is using, that field is computed from logged time. So you cannot re-purpose it other than by altering the tool/addon used or change which values are logged.

Thanks again @Bill Sheboy ,
I understand, but is a big waste, because its would a very useful field for show the performance and control other things beyond time. The Jira has some strange mistakes. Well... I search some app for do this. Thanks for the information.
