Permission in my Jira

I have three groups and I want to know how to make permission to separate them with their own projects?

Please provide more details , so we can understand the requirement.

Are these 3 groups handling tickets under same projects or handling 3 different projects in jira.

If they are handling 3 different projects, in the security/permissions we can add the respective group name.

If all the 3 handling same project, you can segregate them based on group picker of their respective group.

Each group has own project and one member is the administrator of the group.
