Is there any apps that help me rename labels or Jira fields, I tried this app before "InProduct translation for Jira" it's free but there is no DC version and the app has been archived.
I use it to change the word "issue' to task in Jira and other labels. any suggestion of app pleases to do the same.

Don't do that, "task" is the wrong word, and "issue" is standard, so you'll end up having to train new people who've used Jira before that you've pointlessly broken the wording. I very much doubt you are using Jira only to track tasks, and things like "help request", "question", "new user" shouldn't be described as tasks, issue is a better word for describing the different types of "item" with a group name.
What I would strongly recommend is renaming any issue types currently called "issue" to something that suits you better.

I totally agree with you and this is wrong to change Jira terminology, we have to train them with the standard words but sometimes we stuck with government client and they insist very much on this change, I share my opinion same as yours but they're asking about the possibility to change some words in the future that suits them.

The article you've found is indeed valid, and one that I've used. It's actually very good and something I recommend when you've got customers who don't really know what they're doing and think their jargon is a fix. The approach lets you keep it personal. I've used it more than once to do things like provide UI languages for:

I would also strongly recommend the renaming of the "issue" issue type if you have it, but that's not a language pack thing, and actually something I always recommend no matter what (so that when someone says "issue" to me, they're not pre-judging the actual type!)

First of all, I'll check with the client what labels or words that they want to change and I'll try to convince him of the standard but if he insists I'll go with this approach in the article for the language pack.

That's a very good plan - it's always good to talk to people about what they want and why - it's very likely you'll uncover some more jargon they want to use that they have not mentioned before, which will make you look even better when you offer them their new "language"
The language pack approach is also the best way to do this - it's optional, it's selectable by person, it's hard to get wrong (as in breaking stuff, worst case is usually just a slepping mistake) and easy to maintain.
