Possible to bulk change sub-tasks to tasks?

We are getting rid of sub-tasks as we find them hard to keep track of/manage

1. I start with a jql query of `type = sub-task`
2. then select "bulk change all x issues"
3. select all issues and hit next
4. edit issues and next
5. change issue type
6. only sub-task is available

You need to use the Move option to change the issue type rather than the Edit option.
