Hi,
I have a specific workflow for a specific project and in there from Open to sending to engineering i have a button which when you click it auto creates a ticket to a specific team e.g. team x.
What i want to be able to do is when i click on that button and select team Y it automatically goes to team Y however the ticket goes to team x still. is this the way the post function is setup for creating new issues.
Would i need to add an additional post function ?
Regards
Neil
Hello @Neil Shah
Which plugin are you using for implementing this functionality.
Please share the screenshot of your post-function configuration
@Neil Shah will you please explain in detail. You don't want a ticket to stay wit team X once it is processed to Y?

When i click on the send to engineering button on a ticket and in i have a field called ONE team: and the options are team x, team y and team z for example.
Currently, i have it defaulted to team x so for example when i select team x it automatically creates a ticket in another project for team x.
The issue i have is say for example i select team y it auto creates a ticket for another project for team x.
What it should do is it if i set it to team y if i select team y.
In the configuration i have one team set field value to = Team X
If i want to auto create to another team would i need to create a new post function?

What do you mean by create a ticket for a team?
Can you share the configuration of the post-function(s) you use (Create Issues?), and explain what you're trying to achieve?
