Post Function option missing

There's a step in a documentation that I don't see when I click on Add post function:

Click on "Add post function", then please choose the "Update Issue Status" option and click on "Add"

I don't see the option of "Update Issue Status". Is there a plugin that allows this option to be available ?

The status should update as part of the transition can you provide some additional context of what you are looking to do ?

For some reason, the issue is not transitioning from "In Progress" to "Done". I found this article that is similar to my issue: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/issue-s-status-is-not-updated-after-it-is-transitioned-1189806019.html

I can't complete step 5 in the resolution because of the missing Post Function "Update Issue Status".
