Hi,
I want to use Power BI connector for Jira.
Need clarification on pricing. For 10 users it says 10 USD.
If I am publishing my report on PowerBI report server with my user, will the licensing cost 10 USD only or will depend on the total users using the report.
Please advise.
All Atlassian apps use tier need to comply with the parent product user tier. Thus, if you have 10 Jira users, you need to purchase the app for 10 users. If you have it for 200 users, you need to purchase the app for 200 users.

Hi @Anna Odrynska - Alpha Serve , just for my education and clarification, if Erfan doesn't yet have the app installed on his server, will he be able to install at this point?

It is exactly as you described in the comment.
We at Alpha Serve respect Atlassian End-Of-Server policy, thus new server apps purchase is no longer available. Only DC/Cloud.

Hi @Erfan Mallampalle Syed , if you are talking about power-bi-connector-for-jira you will note the following ...
The deadline to add new server apps to an existing server or Data Center instance is Feb 15, 2023. After this time, customers can't install new server apps or trials.
Given the above statement does your question have relevance? Assuming so please note that Users is defined as Jira licensed users. If you have 10 Jira users then it will be $10/yr.
