Pre format fields in confluence template

Hi All,

Is it possible to add the custom fields in confluence template. 

Request:  Once we click on the create button in confluence and selects the created template, user need some pre format fields to select.

Please help me to achieve this.

Yes, you should be able to do that. What template specifically and what type of fields?

I have created my own template which is basically FAQ template.

So once they click on this template need some pre format fields like : user picker field, text field etc.

You should be able to edit this in global templates. Click the sprocket from main page.

Then select global templates and blueprints

Then, click add global page template.  Find your template and add it here.  Then, add the fields you want. Then, the template you have created off of another template can be edited for your use.
