Prefilled 'label' type field

Hi, community!

I need a field where I can select an item from a predefined list and enter a value to be saved in the list for future use.

I think that the 'label' type field suits me. But, I can't understand how to predefine the list...

If it's possible to predefine list of values for 'label' type field?

Without plugin you can use select list custom field .
