Prefilled multi-line text fields in grey chars with behaviours / script runner

Hello world,

i'd like to set a pre-filled greyed text within a  multi-line text field. Anyone has a clue how to do this? I know how to set pre-filled text fields but is it possible to have this in grey and italic?

Smth like:

Please descripe the AS-IS situation withing this field(grey)

It is called placeholders. You can not set placeholders with scriptrunner behaviours.

JavaScript, but I would not advise you to do it.
