Prevent Users from Deleting Plan/Timeline

Is there a way to allow my entire organization to VIEW a plan or timeline, then a select group to be allowed to edit, but strictly limit who can delete the plan?

There's only two permissions at a plan-level - Edit and View.

You can limit who can edit the plan:

1. Go to Plan Settings
2. From the left-hand menu, select Permissions (under Access Control)
3. Limit who can View and/or Edit a plan from this menu

But Edit access does provide the ability to delete also. There is a feature request to add deletion as it's own permission though, view/vote for JSWCLOUD-19342

You can also limit which users have access to view and create/edit at a platform level also. To modify these settings you'll need to be a Product Admin, and then...

1. Select Plans (top navigation bar) > Settings
2. Select Advanced Roadmaps Permissions from the left-hand menu
3. Limit who can access "User" vs "Viewer"

^ This would override the settings above, across all Plans.
