How do I Prevent Workflow Transition When Missing "Fix versions"? (Company managed project)

Hello @Glen Brannigan 

Do you want the prevent the transition from being available if there is not a Fix Versions value, or do you want to give the user an opportunity to enter a Fix Version value while making the transition and prevent the transition if a value was not already present and they don't enter one?

For the former you would use the Value Field Condition.

For the latter you would use the Field Required Validator, and add a Screen including the Fix Versions field to the transition.
