Problem reporting bug to hibernate

When I log in and try to report a bug to I get this error:

Please don't share URL's of Atlassian Instances (privacy), as this is a public forum.

Please revert you question to Atlassian Support

You will need to be in an admin role in the Atlassian instance to report an issue, if you are not, consult an admin of your instance to raise a support ticket.

Did you try to refresh or clear you cache and cookies or try a different browser?

Then raise a support ticket, to Atlassian.
