Problem since Update of xporter with Panels

It was working for us, using html in a field (description). till the lattest update of xporter we have a stupid icon within the text !!  Helpdesk has no glue! Can someone help us?

Here on the community we can't alter apps or change how they work.

This is up to de developer/vendor, this is your only point to contact 

There support should be able to address your point internally within the company to see if they have the same issue in a similar environment st their site.

I would keep pushing them.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself and we don't have access to your environment.

This community is an open public form.

Yes you can, but the chance you will find someone using this app is slim, 

and using the function that you specifically use.
