Problem when a user create a ticket

Hello,

a user on my compagny get this error when he trying to send ticket. He try with different bowser like Mozilla & Chrome, but in vain.

He is the only one how get a error like that on the compagny so i now ask your knowledge if someone have a issue.

(The error message say  he can't send it because the configuration of the form is wrong.)

I will suggest the best engineering solution of all:

But i don't want to be rude but some times it solves the problem. 

If it don't solve it check 2 things:

1. Different user on the same machine 
2. Same user on different machine 

If the "1" shows the error it's a problem of the machine

If the "2" shows the error is a problem with the user. You may try to check if there is any limitation on editing a fields or something like that

i finnaly found the issue, it's because on the Requests collector we have disabled the accound used to create a free ticket.
