Are you trying to get the field to display properly on this screen or are you trying to remove it from this screen?
If you want to remove it from the screen entirely you are also going to need to modify the Field Configuration that applies to that type of issue to make the field Optional instead of Required.. If the field is marked as Required but not on the screen, users will not be able to complete the Create process because they won't be able to fill in the required field.
