Problem with Tempo gadgets

Today we start getting an error from Tempo gadgets:

"This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard."

Log says:

Why did it happen and what we can do with that?

Hi,

the thread that you refer to is probably related to another (older) problem.

We have released a hotfix for the gadget problem in late May 2020. So make sure you are on newer version then this. See the release notes below:

The hotfix has also been implemented in the most recent versions of Tempo 8 and Tempo 9.
