Problem with manage sprint permission

Hello!

In a software project. I have 3 users with the role Administratort, hat has manage sprint permission. But one of them cant manage sprints.

what could be the problem?

Hello @Sofia Quintero , check the filter from your board settings and see if the filter has multiple projects listed. If, so then you need to assign that user manage sprints permission in respective projects. You can find more details here and understand how to handle it better.
