Hi,
I want to notify dev team, before 15-20 hours (I scheduled automation twice per day) Max date to first response.
If time has passed I want to create another automation with comment "Time is passed"
Problem is with my JQL query
statusCategory = "To Do" AND "Max date to first response" <= endOfDay("+1") AND "Max date to first response" >= endOfDay()
Any what should I change?
Hello @bartlomiej.jochym
Can you tell us in what way is this rule not performing as you want?
Can you share with us the details of the rule execution Audit Log for a time when the rule ran and did not perform as you expected?
In the Trigger, there is a checkbox below the JQL field. Do you have that checked or cleared?

Hello @bartlomiej.jochym
And exactly how is the rule not performing in the way you want?
You said the problem is with your JQL. Why do you think that is?
Did you click the Validate Query option below the JQL in the Trigger? Did you check the list of issues? Did it match your expectations?
If you got the issues you expected, what did you expect the rule would do? And what did it actually do?
Please provide example data with your explanation.

Hi, problem was with checkbox called "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed", it was checked, but it shouldn't have been.
