Problema de mudar tipo do item
Bom dia,
Ao criar um item como "Task" ou qualquer outro tipo, não consigo fazer alteração do tipo de item dessa demanda, aparece apenas um aviso que "você não pode editar este tipo de item deste projeto"

Bem-vindo à comunidade Atlassian.
Você pode alterar o tipo de item clicando no ícone na parte superior, próximo à chave do item, somente se houver outro tipo de item no projeto que utilize o mesmo fluxo de trabalho.
Se não for esse o caso, você pode alterar o tipo de item clicando no botão ... no canto superior direito e selecionando "Mover".
Isso lhe dará uma tela onde você pode alterar o tipo de item e o projeto em que o problema existe.

You can change the item type by clicking on the icon at the top, next to the item key, only if there is another item type in the project that uses the same workflow.
If that is not the case then you can change the item type by clicking on the ... button in the upper right corner and selecting "Move".
That will give you a screen where you can change the item type and the project in which the issue exists.

realmente, pelo mover da certo, mas onde posso ver a questão do "somente se houver outro tipo de item no projeto que utilize o mesmo fluxo de trabalho.", pois pelo que vi aqui, todos os meu tipos de itens tem o mesmo fluxo

Joseph W_ sugeriu que é necessário confirmar se o campo Tipo de problema está na tela que você associou à operação de edição no esquema de tela de problema associado a esse tipo de problema nesse projeto.
Acesse Configurações do projeto > Telas. Isso mostrará o esquema de tela do tipo de problema usado pelo projeto. Haverá seções para cada esquema de tela de problema usado no esquema de tela de tipo de problema. Encontre aquele que está associado ao tipo de problema Tarefa. Expanda essa área e será exibida a tela de problema associada à operação de edição.
Clique no link da tela associada à operação de edição.
Certifique-se de que o campo Tipo de problema esteja incluído nessa tela.

I found a possible answer on this post:
Joseph W_ suggested that there is a need to confirm that the Issue Type field is on the screen you have associated to the Edit Operation in the Issue Screen Scheme that is associated to that issue type in that project.
Go to Project Settings > Screens. That will show you the Issue Type Screen Scheme used by the project. There will be sections for each Issue Screen Scheme used in the Issue Type Screen Scheme. Find the one that is associated to the Task issue type. Expand that area and it will show you the Issue Screen associated to the Edit Operation.
Click on the link for the screen associated with the Edit Operation.
Make sure the Issue Type field is included on that screen.
