Problems with the capture of worklogs

Hi community,

Some of my colleagues are having problems capturing worklogs. The problem is that when creating a worklog and filling in the fields, the save button is grayed out or when you press save, the process loads endlessly and doesn't continue.

The problem exists with Firefox and with Google Chrome. Both browsers are up to date. The browser cache is cleared.

What can be done?

What exactly do you have in the time spent input field?

 

The save button is grayed when you do not have all the required fields properly filled out.

Can you enter 'tab' or click somewhere outside the time spent input field?

When I click next to the popup, nothing happens either.

Have you filled the 'date started' input field? Can you modify the date there?

I was able to enter the necessary data in all fields. Only after pressing the save button, the screen is frozen.

If you are able to click save and the screen freeze then you should contact the Atlassian support directly.

 

BTW. can you also try to log time without putting any description?
